Access to hundreds of hardware devices
The user interface has multiple user types allowing different types of platform management roles depending on user requirements. The user interface provides read only access or management access over selected locations or all locations as well as providing access to different management functions such as the audit log.

Network monitoring
Before titanium was installed, many of the existing smart thermostats in common areas were offline
Titanium replaced the smart thermostats and began monitoring the HVAC operating status
Notifications are sent if any thermostats or other hardware devices have problems

Window sensors for thermostat control
In the fitness room, windows were sometimes opened while the HVAC unit continued to run, which resulted in wasted energy
Using window sensors, the A/C was turned off when the windows were opened

Water heater notifications
During the day, the water heater temperature dropped below 100 °F, intermittently, for about 2 1/2 hours
Notifications were sent and the temperature was dropped proactively instear of waiting for resident complaints
